• Shipping: All orders are shipped in neutral packaging. Shipping costs are €7.95 for Belgium and €9.31 for the Netherlands. Free shipping for orders over €100. Orders are shipped within one week and handled via DPD.

• Custom-made product: Your rope is specially made to order. Therefore, it is considered a custom product and is excluded from the right of withdrawal (return policy).

• Privacy: We fully respect your privacy. Your data is processed securely and destroyed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You will not receive any advertising or promotional emails afterward.

• Payment and shipping: Payments can be made easily via Stripe.

• Material information: Hemp, jute, and cotton are soft natural fibers. No official breaking strength is guaranteed for these materials.

Please note: The stated rope diameter is indicative. Actual diameter and length may vary slightly, as diameter is measured under tension. According to international guidelines, the length may deviate up to 5% from the stated measurement.

UV Exposure: Both natural and synthetic ropes lose strength over time when exposed to sunlight. UV rays penetrate deep into the fibers, weakening and making them brittle. Some synthetic ropes are enhanced with UV stabilizers, and darker shades (such as seductive black) offer extra protection against sun damage.
